How delivery works
- We deliver nationwide across South Africa via The Courier Guy.
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days from payment confirmation. Main centres usually 1–3 days; outlying areas up to 5–7 days.
- Delivery cost: R99 per order. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day; later orders are dispatched the next business day.
- You receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
- All parcels are insured in transit and require a signature on delivery. Please inspect the parcel before signing.
Collection
Collection is available by appointment. Choose Collect at checkout and we will WhatsApp you when your order is ready.
Please note
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Redelivery due to an incorrect address is charged at R99.
