2. Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed only once payment has been received in full.
- Payment is accepted by card (Visa, Mastercard), Capitec Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stitch, and by EFT.
- Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT. Prices and stock may change without notice; an order confirms the price at the time of payment.
- If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and offer the correct price or a full refund before dispatch.
3. Product condition
The condition of each product (new & sealed, import or refurbished) is stated on its product page. Imports are genuine products sourced outside the official SA channel and carry a TechnoCore SA warranty.
4. Delivery
As per our Delivery policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Warranty, returns and refunds
As per our Warranty, returns & refunds policy. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 are not affected.
6. Cooling-off (ECTA section 44)
You may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery without reason and receive a refund, less the direct cost of return delivery, provided the goods are unopened, sealed and in original condition. Sealed items that have been opened cannot be returned for a change of mind.
7. Privacy
As per our Privacy policy (POPIA).
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site belongs to TechnoCore SA or its licensors. Brand names are the property of their owners.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order.
10. Disputes and law
These terms are governed by South African law. Please contact us first at info@technocoresa.co.za. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (cgso.org.za) or the National Consumer Commission.
